YOUR PROJECT, STEP BY STEP

HOW WE
DO THE WORK.

We put the work and price in writing and confirm an arrival window. If the schedule changes, we let you know. Here’s what happens on the job.

  1. 01 / CLEAR

    Clear and protect.

We move furniture, planters and other agreed items out of the work area, then protect nearby surfaces and landscaping.

  2. 02 / CLEAN

    Clean the concrete.

We clean the surface using a method suited to the concrete and existing sealer, then allow the drying time needed before sealing.

  3. 03 / REPAIR

    Make agreed repairs.

We agree on any repairs, their cost and the time they need before work starts. Repairs are completed and allowed to cure as needed before sealing.

  4. 04 / SEAL

    Apply the sealer.

We apply a high-quality, high-gloss sealer suited to your concrete, with a slip-resistant additive for added grip.

We confirm any extra time needed for repairs or drying, and keep you informed if weather changes the plan. After sealing, you receive completion photos and clear guidance on when to walk, drive or put furniture back.

CLEANING, FINISHES & CURING

BEFORE
WE START.

Can you reseal concrete that’s already been sealed?

We first check the condition of the existing sealer and whether it’s compatible with the product we plan to use. Send photos to start; we may need to inspect the surface before quoting.

Will the finish be shiny?

Our sealing service uses a high-gloss sealer with a slip-resistant additive. The final sheen and texture depend on the surface and product, so we discuss the appearance with you before work begins.

Will the work take just one day?

Most cleaning and sealing jobs are planned for one working day. Repairs, drying and weather can affect the schedule. We explain the expected work time and how long to keep off the surface before you book.

When can we walk or drive on it again?

That depends on the sealer, weather and surface conditions. We’ll tell you how long to keep people, vehicles and furniture off the concrete before we schedule the work.

Can you give an estimate from my photos?

Photos and approximate measurements help us assess the job. If we need to inspect the surface or existing sealer, we’ll arrange that before giving you a price.

Do you work with property managers?

Yes. Our manager request covers shared areas, multiple properties, access and owner or board requirements. We review the details remotely before arranging any visit. Request a managed-property assessment.
